Reservations must be made by calling 413-267-LORD (5673) and are subject to availability.
All rates are based on double occupancy per room. Additional guests will require rental of another room.
One night’s payment in full is required to reserve your room. We currently accept cash, traveler’s check, Visa/Mastercard or personal checks (only if received 10 business days prior to your stay). Payment for your stay is due in full at check-in.
Full payment is required for Brimfield weeks and is pre-paid and non-refundable. Minimum stay requirements may apply during Brimfield weeks.
Check In Time is between 4pm to 9pm. Check-ins outside of this time period must be pre-arranged.
Check Out Time is 11am. Your hosts may be able to store your luggage for a short time after your departure. Please see your hosts for details.
Only children over the age of 14 are permitted.
There are no refunds for No-shows or early departures.
Cancellation policy for non-Brimfield weeks, we will refund your deposit in full (minus a $25 cancellation fee) if your cancellation is received within 3 weeks from your arrival. If your cancellation is received within 2 weeks from your arrival, we will refund 50% of your refund only minus a $25 cancellation fee. Any cancellation within 1 week of your arrival will not be refunded.
